1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating or using a Jasur account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jasur. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure. You may not share your account or impersonate another person.

3. Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive profile information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content
• Use Jasur for commercial solicitation or spam
• Impersonate another person or create fake profiles
• Attempt to circumvent safety or privacy features
• Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry
• Share other users' personal information without consent

4. Safety, Reports, and Enforcement

You can report profiles, messages, and general safety concerns in-app. We may review reports, moderate content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks.

5. Content and License

You keep ownership of your content (profile text, photos, prompts, messages). You grant Jasur a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service, including matching, messaging, moderation, and support.

6. Matching and Messaging

Jasur provides discovery, likes, Super Likes (roses), matches, and chat features. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, response rates, or relationship outcomes. You are responsible for your off-platform interactions and safety decisions.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Jasur may offer paid plans (for example, Pro) and consumable products (for example, Super Likes). Subscription billing and purchase processing may be handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Privacy and Feature Controls

Features such as incognito mode, blocked contacts, profile visibility, and Face ID lock help you control your experience. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, payment issues, legal obligations, or safety concerns.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Jasur is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
